George W. Bush, global citizen.

Bush is rejecting the Kyoto accord, because (warning: sarcasm alert) there is absolutely no evidence of massive die-offs of plants and animals, the Arctic heating up, or sea levels rising alarmingly.... At certainly none that you can actually see with your own eyes.

Oddly, he defends his "decision" (if you can call being the stupidest person alive a "decision") by saying the accord would cost five million U.S. jobs. This, of course, despite the fact that he has cost the U.S. a half a million jobs anyway, and the other G8 countries (who ARE pursuing the accord) all show gains in jobs and employment since deciding not to be complete environmental buttheads.

It's a good thing that G. W. Bush is rejecting the Kyoto accord, because (warning: sarcasm alert) there is absolutely no evidence of massive die-offs of plants and animals, the Arctic heating up, or sea levels rising alarmingly. No, none at all. At certainly none that you can actually see with your own eyes.
